If you purchased your ChemBook™ from a reseller other
than CHEM USA, you need to contact your reseller from whom you
made the purchase for service and support.
If you purchased your ChemBook™ directly from CHEM USA
Corporation, and require technical assistance, please call (800)
866-2436. If you need to return a ChemBook™ for repairs
or services, you must first call CHEM USA and be given a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products received
without a RMA number will not be accepted.
If you experience a problem, call CHEM USA at (800)866-2436. A
CHEM USA technician will try and help you through the problem
over the phone. If the problem is confirmed to be a hardware
defect, the technician will ask you to fill out an RMA
REQUEST FORM Fax to us or
your RMA request to us, and
we will issue you an RMA number and begin the
Service Process. Your RMA number is very important. Write it
down and be sure to keep it handy, even after your system has
been sent to CHEM USA. Your RMA number is used by CHEM USA to
track your product. Should you need to call CHEM USA to check on
your system, you will be asked for the RMA number.
Always retain the original packaging for your system. You will
need it if you ever need to safely transport or ship your
system. If the original packaging is not available, make sure
that the package is well cushioned so that it is not damaged
during shipping. Pack your unit in its original packaging, and
put the RMA number on the outside of the box. You should also
enclose a copy of the RMA form, as well as a copy of the

Your system will then be rushed to CHEM USA, repaired or
replaced (at CHEM USA's discretion) and then returned to you as
quickly as possible.
