Why doesn't my system boot with an Intel® Pentium® processor with MMX™ technology at 233 MHz?

If your system has an Intel® Pentium® processor with MMX™ technology 233 MHz, and you are having trouble booting the system, please use a lower speed CPU, and update the BIOS using the /ub switch. After the BIOS has been updated, you will be able to boot with the 233 MHz CPU without problems.

Why doesn't Windows 98 boot up with a PCMCIA card in the bottom slot?

You will need to update the O2 Micro 6832 PCMCIA Driver for Windows 98. Go to FTP Download page to download the file.

Which 56kbps standard is supported by the ChemBook™ 3300 internal modem?

Since the internal modem for ChemBook™ 3300 is a HSP (host signal processing) software modem, the 56kbps standard supported is determined by the device drivers used. A v.90/k56flex device driver for Windows 95 and 98 is available. Currently the device driver for Windows NT 4.0 supports only the Rockwell k56flex standard. A v.90 driver for Windows NT 4.0 will be released shortly.
